Hi, I'm Karen Ormsby, a Melbourne, Australia native now living outside of Salt Lake City, Utah. Australia is a melting pot of cultures and I was lucky enough to have been raised experiencing different cuisines from all over the world. That educated palate is what gives me the ability to make sure every food placed in your catered charcuterie order works together.
Although Utah's food scene lacks the diversity that Melbourne's offers, there was no reason I couldn't bring the style of grazing I've experienced all over the world to charcuterie catering in Utah. My passion for both crafting and creating as well as cooking is how Oakford Gourmet Selections came to be.
