Yes, we deliver within a 2 hour window from Orem.
The delivery fee is calculated upon distance.
Do you travel? What is the travel fee?
Yes we travel! We love creating tables in new settings. We do charge a travel fee which is $1/mile to the location and back with the first 20 miles free of charge, and a flat fee of $200 to cover loss of revenue from multiple bookings we would cover that day.
Occasionally overnight accommodations will need to be made & we will work with you on those requirements.. When inquiring about travel please provide an exact address to the location/venue so we may calculate the travel fee and include it in the quote!
How many days in advance do I need to order a box or platter?
We request a minimum of 72 hours, but it is always worth asking as it ultimately comes down to our availability.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
The flexibility of this style of catering means we can create something that meets most dietary requirements and requests including gluten-free, nut-free, lactose-free, vegan and full carnivore.
What payment methods do you accept? When is payment due?
Our most popular method is Venmo, we also accept ApplePay, PayPal, Cash & Checks. Credit cards will incur a 3.8 % processing fee.
All bookings for large events require a deposit of 50% (of which 20% is a non-refundable booking fee). The balance is due 10 days before the event. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes circumstances can change, but as we order our produce fresh and allocate time towards your order we have introduced the following cancellation & refund policies.
- Cancellations more than 10 days prior to the event forfeit 25% of the deposit.
- Cancellations less than 10 days prior to the event with forfeit 50% of the full payment to cover our expenses.
- Credit is available if less than 10 days notice is provided.
- If your booking is or exceeds $400.00 and you wish to cancel or significantly decrease your order, we request that you provide us with a minimum of 10 days notice otherwise you will incur the full charge of your original price.
Is gratuity included?
We do not include gratuity in our price. It is always appreciated but never expected.

Yes, we are a fully licensed & insured company.
